A Space Gallery is pleased to announce its selection for The Venice Glass Week 2026. From 12–20 September, the gallery’s space in Castello will host MINORIA: The Shape of Breath, a new chapter of the MINORIA curatorial project.
In Venice, glass is more than a material. It carries light, reflects absence, separates and connects at the same time. MINORIA: The Shape of Breath begins from this paradox. The exhibition asks whether something invisible — breath, memory, a moment of presence — can acquire form without becoming fixed.
Curated by Monika Turczyńska and developed around works by Józef Krzysztof Oraczewski, the project brings painting into a close relationship with glass, transparency and reflected light. The gallery space itself becomes part of the work: a place where material, image and the viewer’s movement meet.
The exhibition will take place at A Space Gallery, Castello 2930, Venice, as part of The Venice Glass Week 2026. Opening: 16 September 2026 at 19:00. More information will be announced as the programme develops.
