The third chapter of Minoria emerges not through a planned gesture, but through an encounter with form already present. On the Lido, an unexpected accumulation of shells became a found trace — a deposit of matter, time, and presence.

The third chapter of Minoria does not begin by establishing a form, but by encountering one already present. On the Lido, at the threshold between sand, water, and horizon, an accumulation of shells appeared not as a composed intervention, but as a found trace — as though the work had been preceded by a sign already inscribed within matter itself.


In this chapter, Minoria does not create the trace from the beginning. It recognizes a trace that already exists. The project therefore shifts from the logic of construction to the logic of reading: from giving shape to matter toward entering into relation with a shape that seems already latent in the world. Found Trace unfolds as a moment in which form precedes interpretation, and meaning emerges not through production, but through recognition.


The shells assume an almost archaeological dimension. They are not merely natural remnants, but carriers of time: residues…
