A Space Gallery is honoured to present Venice Whispers, the inaugural exhibition of its 2024 Biennale season, curated by Monika Turczyńska and developed within the wider programme of ORAC Gallery. Presented in dialogue with the 60th International Art Exhibition of La Biennale di Venezia and its theme, Foreigners Everywhere, the exhibition offers a reflection on Venice itself: its fragile beauty, its spirit, and its voice in a moment marked by mass tourism, displacement, and the growing tension between presence and loss.

In Venice Whispers, Józef Krzysztof Oraczewski approaches Venice not simply as a city, but as a living metaphor — a place where memory, light, water, and emotion remain in constant movement. His paintings evoke an atmosphere of delicacy and introspection, opening a space in which the visible and the intangible meet. Through colour, gesture, and symbolic resonance, Oraczewski invites the viewer to encounter Venice…
