Service Details: Duration: 2 weeks Cost: €5,000, which represents 50% of the total organizational costs of the exhibition. The gallery covers the remaining costs. What's Included: Exhibition Installation: Professional setup and curation of your artwork, ensuring your pieces are displayed to their best advantage. Curatorial Support: Ongoing assistance from our experienced curatorial team throughout the exhibition, providing expertise in the presentation and interpretation of your work. Opening Event Organization: Organization of an opening reception to promote your exhibition, including invitations to gallery patrons, local art critics, and the broader art community. Promotion: Inclusion in A Space Gallery’s promotional materials. The gallery will produce a PDF catalog detailing the exhibition and featuring your art, which will be distributed via the gallery’s marketing channels. Additional Costs Not Covered: Artwork Transportation: Artists are responsible for the costs associated with transporting their artworks to and from the gallery. Insurance: Artists must also arrange and cover the cost of insurance for their artworks during the exhibition period. Additional Expenses: Any other costs not explicitly included in the initial fee, such as special installation requirements or private events. Participation Details: To secure your exhibition opportunity, a non-refundable application fee of €100 is required. This fee is separate from the exhibition cost and ensures your commitment to the exhibition chance. Simply paying the fee does not guarantee participation; a full application must be reviewed and accepted before booking the solo exhibition opportunity.
